If you use the contact form we receive the name, email and message you send, so we can reply. If you buy, our third-party store provider collects the information needed to process the payment and deliver your files; MATRIX MUSIC receives order details but never your card number.

This site does not run advertising trackers.

Your contact details are used only to answer you and to deliver what you asked for or bought. We do not sell your information.

You can ask us to show or delete the information we hold about you by writing to info@matrixmusic.net, and we will honour it. Payment and order records held by the store provider are governed by their policy and by any records we are legally required to keep.

When you buy a reference song you send us your own vocal recordings, and sometimes lyrics or notes. This is the most personal thing anyone sends us, so here is exactly what happens to it.

We do not host your files. You send a link to your own Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer. The file stays in your account under that service’s terms. We download a working copy to produce your record.

We use it for one thing only — producing and delivering the finished record you paid for. Producing your vocal involves audio software, some of it AI-assisted, in the same way modern production generally does; that includes moving your voice into the key of the song and tuning and shaping it. Our process is our own and we do not detail it, but this much is fixed: we do not use your recordings to build, train or improve any voice model or dataset of our own, we do not sell them, and we do not put your voice on any other release.

Other companies' tools, and where your voice may be stored. Some steps of that production run on services made by other companies — AI-assisted audio tools, cloud storage and file transfer. They process your audio on our instructions and under their own terms of service and privacy policies. Some of those services may store your audio on their systems, and may keep it or use it to run or improve their service, on the terms they publish; that is outside our control. Sending us your vocals is your consent to that processing and storage. Your voice is personal — in some places it is legally biometric data — so we say this plainly here, you tick a box confirming it when you send vocals, and the formal consent is in clauses 4.10 and 15 of the license.

We delete our working copy 90 days after we deliver your record, and sooner if you ask. Write to info@matrixmusic.net and we will delete it and confirm. Revoking access to your own link removes our access immediately.

We only use your finished record in our own promotion if you tick the box saying yes when you send your vocals. If you do not tick it, we do not post it, and you can change your mind at any time by writing to us.

If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian handle the purchase and send the vocals.

The checkout and file delivery are operated by our store provider, and the site is served by our hosting provider. We use a Cloudflare anti-spam check on our forms and a third-party form service to deliver form messages to our inbox. Each has its own privacy policy covering the data it processes on our behalf.

MATRIX MUSIC is the controller of the information described on this page and can be reached at info@matrixmusic.net. We handle your information because we need it to provide what you asked for or bought, and because you chose to send it to us.

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do it. If you are in the UK or the EU you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We do not use cookies to track you. This site sets no advertising, analytics or profiling cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. We do keep a private count of page views through Cloudflare’s privacy-first analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you across sites.

What the site does keep on your device. Your cart, and small conveniences such as which genre you last opened, are stored in your browser's local storage so they survive moving from page to page. That data never leaves your device, is not sent to us, and is cleared when you clear your browser data.

Strictly necessary cookies set by our providers. Cloudflare, which serves the site and runs the anti-spam check on our forms, may set a security cookie needed to tell a person from a bot. Stripe sets the cookies its checkout needs to complete a purchase, on its own domain and under its own policy. Neither is used for advertising.

Your choices. Because there are no optional cookies, there is nothing to switch off here. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the checkout may not work with all cookies blocked.
