REFUNDS

Everything sold here is a digital product delivered the moment payment clears. Once a beat or a record has been downloaded it cannot be returned, and an exclusive taken off the catalogue cannot be put back. For that reason MATRIX MUSIC does not offer refunds or exchanges on completed purchases. This is the standard position across the industry and it is stated again at checkout before you pay.

Every beat can be played in full before you buy. Listen first — the preview is the same record you will receive, carrying a voice tag.

A no-refund policy is not a licence to leave you with nothing. If any of the following happens, email us and we will fix it at no cost:

—  Your download link does not work, or expired before you could use it.
—  The file is corrupt, silent, incomplete, or is not the record you bought.
—  You were charged more than once for the same order.
—  You paid and received nothing at all.

In the first three cases we re-issue the files or correct the charge. Where a payment was taken and no product was ever delivered, you get your money back in full.

A reference song is sold once and retired, and the work begins as soon as you send your vocals. Before any vocal has been received, a reference song order may be cancelled for a full refund. Once we have begun producing your master the sale is final, because the record has been taken off the catalogue and cannot be sold to anyone else.

If something is wrong, email info@matrixmusic.net with your order number and what happened. We would far rather fix it than have you raise a dispute with your bank, and we answer quickly.

Nothing on this page removes any right you have under the consumer law of your own country.
